The proposed development will comprise the construction of; 12 no. 4-bed detached units, 6 no. 4-bed semi-detached units, 6 no. 3- bed semi-detached units, 11 no. 3 bed terraced units and 3 no. 2-bed terraced units all sited to the north and west of a proposed public amenity space as centralised between the existing Cloon Lara development to the south and east whilst also providing an open space layout to serve the proposed development. A new proposed vehicular access to serve the development will be from the R392 Ballymahon Road and a new pedestrian footpath will also serve the development and extend along the site frontage.
