Permission for proposed works are: 1) to erect new 2 m high fencing and associated gates around existing overground fuel storage tanks on site; 2) to install 2 no. new underground fuel storage tanks to serve existing fuel depot; 3) removal of existing signage and replacement with new totem ID signage; 4) permission to change existing fuel dispensing pump island dispensing fuel on both sides to new 24/7 fuel dispensing pump island; 5) construct new uncontrolled raised table crossing on public road adjoining the site and 6) all associated proposed site works
