Permission for development consisting of works to a protected structure at No. 5 Selskar Street/Lower George's Street, Wexford Town, a protected structure (Wexford County Council RPS No. WBC0049) and listed on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (Reg. No. 15502014). The development will consist of the change of use of the building from office use to tourism related short term lets at upper floor levels together with a ticketed cultural events/performance venue at ground floor level including a rear extension to accommodate the venue space, a retail area to the front of the building providing merchandise sales and a box office for ticketed events which will also function as a bar during events with the sale of alcohol ancillary to the operation of the venue, including internal alterations and works to the protected structure together with all associated site and ancillary works
