Permission granted on appeal for a house behind 37 Churchtown Road Lower, Dublin 14

Monarch Contracts and Property Services Limited applied to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council under planning reference D26A/0145/WEB, received on 27 Feb 2026, with Wilson Hill Architects as agent.
