The proposed development, which seeks to omit the childcare facility previously required under parent permission Reg. Ref. F15A/0015, would fail to provide and would prejudice the future delivery of essential childcare infrastructure necessary to serve the existing residential area and would therefore be contrary to the Childcare Facilities Guidelines for Planning Authorities (2001); Policy CIOSP10, Objectives CIOSO27 and CIOSO28 of the Fingal Development Plan 2023-2029; and, would therefore be contrary to the principles of proper planning and the sustainable development of the area.
