Ref 3796/21 Dated 12/1/22 for bedroom extension in dormer bungalow and replacing existing Garage Doors which was part of the original house building in 1962 and fitting a window in place of Garage Doors at front of house. The Garage was converted by previous owners to a kitchen/utility room and is Historic and all my neighbours have done the same over 25 years ago. I also included in Plans to replace windows to rear of house Dining room to Patio Doors but will not be not be doing those changes at present. I simply want to remove garage doors, build up blockwork to fit a new window in Garage/utility/kitchen room. However due to lack of cash with high prices and lack of builders in current housing economic crisis I can only replace garage doors with window for security, insulation and to keep mice and rats from entering my home. I'm not proceeding with the bedroom for the time being. I have engaged McMahon & Nagle to replace all windows and Garage windows and the date of installation is at the end of July 2022.
