The decision adds classrooms and special-needs space

The 1,105.3 m² total is additional to SD16A/0029, extended as SD16A/0029/EP and amended by SD19A/0240.

The revised sheet identifies a major watermain corridor
Visible issued watermain sheet, revision B
What the evidence says
Revision B of drawing 30380-011 identifies a 1,600 mm DCC watermain, dimensions 11.5 m on each side of its centreline and separately marks a 5 m manhole/underground-service exclusion zone. It calls for service construction to minimise disturbance to existing hedgerow vegetation. This whole-school interface sheet is not a quantity schedule of new works solely for the amendment.
Why it may matter — interpretation
Civil designers need to coordinate school works with the existing strategic services and working corridors shown.
What is not established
Utility diversion approval, a new-services quantity schedule and installed services are unverified.

What is not established
Agreed layout, cycle-space quantity, selected shelter and installation are unverified.
