The November infrastructure report specifies two soakaway tanks: a stated 55 m³ beneath the car park and 83 m³ beneath the adjoining green area. Its calculation basis is Wavin AquaCell NG or equivalent with permeable geotextile and 96% void space. These are separate stated design volumes and an example product basis, not an order or a verified installed capacity. The report predates the July heritage and ecology response; the complete later drawing set has not been reconciled.

The scheme includes 225–300 mm twinwall carrier pipes, gullies, channels and permeable paving. Condition 3 requires a catalogue of salvaged fabric and features placed in storage for potential reuse, with an alternative strategy if reuse within the site is unlikely. Condition 4 requires qualified architectural-conservation supervision and a completion record. The July response had addressed doors and windows, mechanical and electrical routes, and the new-to-existing roof connection. A catalogue requirement does not establish that each stored item will be reused.

Its conditions limit the authorised actions to 8 July–31 December 2026, require ecological supervision, and expressly prevent works under it before planning permission is granted.
