New entrances and access roads (1 No. main access and 1 No. emergency access) to the site from the L7473 local road including 1 no. stream crossing; and vi. all associated drainage and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development A 10 year permission and a 40 year operational period is sought in respect of this planning application. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act, as amended. The system will connect directly to the existing on site switchgear, with no requirement for a transformer cabin. All works will take place within the GE Healthcare landholding. The development will include minor civil works, trenching and reinstatement and all associated site and environmental works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the relevant Planning Authority. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive (EU) 2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning application may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended.
