The proposed development is for a mixed-use development comprising residential, retail, pharmacy, café, medical and community uses. A riverside park is also proposed as part of the development. The development involves the conservation and re-use of the two no. derelict protected structures on site. It is proposed to adapt and restore each of the structures on site.
