The works within the scope of this commencement notice include the completion and re-configuration of 3 levels of basement car parking. The basement levels have been the subject of several previously approved FSC applications namely Reg Ref FSC/DR/248/07, FSC/DR/121/09, FSC/11/8138REV & FSC/DR/270/14/REV which will correspond with the current application, BCMS Ref 3014063. The north side of the car park at each level has been completed under the various FSC applications noted above and is occupied. There are works required in the occupied basement areas to facilitate ventilation for the overall proposed development and they will be completed under this commencement notice.
