Block 5 is an existing previously granted residential building {FSC 1428/23/REV, FSC 1391/22 & FSC 1236/24/REV} which contains a ground floor community use space. The scope of this application relates to the material alterations associated with providing a fitout to serve the existing grey box community use unit to be used as an ancillary residential management suite. Thereafter there is no works to the previously approved building.

The development will consist of • Demolition of porch and partial demolition of porch roof to front, demolition of single storey lean to and conservatory extensions to rear and demolition of existing single storey garden shed to rear; • Construction of new porch and extension of existing porch roof to front, construction of new single storey extension to rear including new rooflights, provision of new windows/doors to side elevations at ground floor and alterations to existing windows; • Application of new external wall insulation and render finish to dwelling • All associated site, internal, drainage and landscape works. AND The development will consist of • Demolition of rear first floor elevation wall and partial demolition of rear roof; • Construction of new first floor extension to the rear including extension of existing roof, provision of new window to side elevation at first floor; • All associated site, internal, drainage and landscape works.

The development consists of permission to demolish existing boundary wall, gates and shed, fronting Charlemont Lane and construction of a 3 bed, three storey mews development with vehicular access from Charlemont Lane and all associated site works at 39 Charlemont Lane, Dublin 3, .

The development will consist of A) External insulation to front, side & rear of the existing dwelling B) Widening of Existing Vehicular entrance to 3.5 m C) Alterations to front side and rear elevation, D) Removal of existing Chimney to rear and all associated site works

The works create new changing rooms areas at ground and first floor levels. New checkout and pays areas are also provided as part of the works.

Construction of proposed new part single storey - part two storey extension to side and rear of existing house and new rooflight to side of existing roof

The proposed works are the construction of a Substation on the Prussia street site. There are three blocks of residential accommodation on the site which are covered in separate commencement notices.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Works at 1 Upper Gardiner Street, Dublin 1, a protected structure, the development will consist of removal of cementitious pointing, repair and repointing in lime mortar using wig or historically correct pointing of front brick façade

• New external door opening centrally to the east elevation of the existing curved link corridor including a new high quality bespoke metal door with glazed sections, a level access threshold and automation as required. • 2no. new internal bespoke demountable ramps with a metal handrail detail and stone tile ramp finish. • New accessible shower room / WC to an existing (15m²) office with new lobby area, including storage, and new level access shower enclosure and WC with timber stud walls , doors on hold open devices and privacy film to existing window. New light fittings. • Door access and automation system controls to 4no. doors. • New permeable granite landscaped path (approximate length 162m, 1.8m width) to existing gravel area, path and raised flower bed area with new edge detail to be formed in either granite kerbs/ metal edging and timber railways sleepers as indicated including associated landscaping works.
