Commencement of Phase 1 of a proposed healthcare development at Seamus Quirke Road, Galway, in accordance with the Fire Safety Certificate application submitted by way of 7-Day Notice, comprising the construction of: • an 8-storey Primary Care Centre, and • a partial underground basement car park, including all associated structures, services, access and ancillary works necessary to serve Phase 1 only. The overall development, as set out in the Fire Safety Certificate application, also includes a 4-storey office building (Tusla) constructed over a shared basement, which forms Phase 2 of the development. Phase 2 works are expressly excluded from this Commencement Notice and will be the subject of a separate Commencement Notice prior to commencement.
