The overall development, as set out in the Fire Safety Certificate application, also includes a 4-storey office building (Tusla) constructed over a shared basement, which forms Phase 2 of the development. Phase 2 works are expressly excluded from this Commencement Notice and will be the subject of a separate Commencement Notice prior to commencement.
