Public-safe works description

(a) removal of 2 no. partially constructed two storey four bedroom type dwelling houses which are constructed to finished floor level on Site no. 3 & Site no. 4 and which were originally granted full planning permission under Planning Ref. No. P.06/322 as part of a residential development of 4 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom type dwelling houses ; (b) redesign of previously permitted access road and green area granted full planning permission under Planning Ref. No. P.06/322 so as to suit revised site boundaries together with the construction of 3 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom detached type dwelling houses on approximately the same sites described in (A) above, i.e. on site No. 3 & Site No. 4 and therefore resulting in a residential development of 5 no. 2 storey dwelling houses in the event of a successful grant of permission, i.e. 2 no. 4 bedroom 2 storey type dwelling houses and 3 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey detached type dwelling houses;(c) Proposed connection into the existing foul sewer, surface water and water main networks servicing the previously permitted residential development under Planning Ref. No. P.06/322 so as to service the proposed 3 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom detached type dwelling houses, and all ancillary works in lieu of PERMISSION for (a) removal of 2 no. partially constructed 2 storey 4 bedroom type dwelling houses which are constructed to finished floor level on Site no. 3 & Site no. 4 and which were originally granted full planning permission under Planning Ref. No. P.06/322 as part of a residential development of 4 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom type dwelling houses; (b) redesign of previously permitted access road and green area granted full planning permission under Planning Ref. No. P.06/322 so as to suit revised site boundaries together with the construction of 4 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached type dwelling houses on approximately the same sites described in (A) above, i.e. on site No. 3 & Site No. 4 and therefore resulting in a residential development of 6 no.
