Basement levels to include: 215no. car parking spaces, 24no. motorcycle spaces and 220no. bicycle parking spaces, staff gym/leisure centre with changing/shower/toilet areas, ESB sub-station, services and plant areas, waste management areas, security areas, deliveries and storage areas.
