Permission for the following amendment to previously granted Permission Ref: 20210625 including phase A) demolition of existing shed and demolition of the existing porch, and to the west elevation and to install a double sliding door, replacement of the roof (previously approved), to make external alterations, to energy retrofit to the existing cottage dwelling to provide habitable space including 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room and to also upgrade the existing septic tank as granted under Permission Ref: 20210625, all to be completed within 18 months of grant of permission and as per Permission Ref: 20210625. Following completion of phase A, phase B) involves the following works as previously granted under Permission Ref: 20210625, the demolition of existing out building and to construct a two-storey extension to the north of existing cottage containing 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, plant room, and all associated and ancillary site works
