Following completion of phase A, phase B) involves the following works as previously granted under Permission Ref: 20210625, the demolition of existing out building and to construct a two-storey extension to the north of existing cottage containing 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, plant room, and all associated and ancillary site works
