Works description
Internal and external alterations to 4 storey over basement structure to front and two to three storey stairs at rear to include:Construction of new stairs from basement to second floor with new roof and wall cladding at second floor level, together with new enclosed link corridor at second floor level from front building to rear stairs, new window at rear of second floor at location of previous window, previously removed. Alterations to front elevation comprising removal of existing shopfront and roller shutters, new shopfront and signage to shopfront to include new glazed doors.
