Works description

Construction of a single-storey extension to the rear at ground floor level and an upper storey side extension at first floor level to the gable side. The proposed side extension at first floor level will extend to the existing front and rear elevations of the original house. A new pitched roof will be constructed on the front elevation over the existing single-storey element. The works will accommodate a new sitting room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor, with a new bedroom, wardrobe room and bathroom at first floor and all associated works.
