Alterations and modifications to an existing detached dormer bungalow to include the following: 1. Provision of external insulation and change of finish from existing brick façade on the front elevation (North) to render. 2. Elevational amendments including a) repositioning of existing windows/entrance door and replacement of the existing bay window on the front elevation (North), b) new window in lieu of existing side door and removal of two existing windows on the Eastern side elevation, c) repositioning of back door, removal of two existing windows and new sliding door in lieu of existing window on the rear elevation (South), d) new window in lieu of existing sliding door on the Western side elevation. 3. New rain canopy above entrance door. 4. Internal alterations to reintegrate the portion of the dwelling previously used as a Montessori school.
