This application relates to an existing 2-storey Residential unit converting into a Refugee Accommodation, wherein the building will be comprising of 12no. Bedrooms, 3no. Bathrooms, WC, Sitting Room, Dining Room, Utility, Kitchen and Conservatory having a direct access on 11no. bedroomsthrough a common protected hall via entrance on the ground floor. There is a Boiler Room that can access at the rear area and a proposed external fire escape stairs for the first floor located at the rear area of the unit.
