Works description

i) Repositioning of the current front door to the eastern side of the dwelling, the removal of the flat roof on the current single storey extension and addition of a new matching pitch roof and infill extension to the rear to facilitate a new utility room. The lowering of the current cottage style windows and the addition of a new opaque matching window into the bathroom area into the front elevation. Removal of the western gable wall and insertion of a new fully glazed opening into the living/kitchen area with overhang roof canopy. ii) Relocation of the existing vehicle entrance. iii) Construction of a new workshop/garage to the rear of the property
