7-Day Notice - Works will comprise fit out of the existing office accommodation at Ground, 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor levels to provide private and collaborative open plan work space, meeting rooms and staff welfare facilities at each floor level; Provision of meeting rooms, yoga studio, security room, AXA lab, Male Female and Part M accesible toilet & shower accommodation and staff canteen at Ground Floor level; Installation of internal glazed and stud partitions and provision of mechanical ventilation & air-conditioning to the internal accommodation; Provision of new service installations & amendments to existing services; including internal waste, water and drainage, mechanical and electrical, fire alarm, emergency lighting general lighting & small power.
