The development will consist to: A new vehicular access at the South Shore Road side, to the south of the site. Alterations to the above recently purchased dwelling to include; (i) revisions to the west elevation, including the demolition of the existing entrance porch, (ii) new patio doors and revised fenestration arrangements, to achieve passive solar gain, at the south elevation, (iii) the demolition of the existing mass concrete garage/shed on the north elevation, (iv) internal floor area alterations/upgrades, (v) the re-roofing of the entire roofed area with natural slate and include a new hipped roof arrangement at the rear.
