Extensions and Material Alterations to Irish Life Block 3 Office Building (Blk 3A + Blk 3B + Leisure Centre) to include the following: - The construction of an additional floor bringing the total number of floors from 10 floors (ground floor plus 9 upper floors) to 11 floors (ground floor plus 10 upper floors). - An extension of the existing 7th, 8th & 9th floors including the construction of a new firefighting shaft. - A small extension to level 02 - 06. - An extension to the existing level 01 office floor onto the existing roof level car park. - A small extension to ground floor to the front of the Block 3. - Material alterations to the existing leisure centre in Block 3 that includes refurbishment. - Alterations at basement level that includes, the installation of a new mechanical smoke clearance system, the addition of various M&E plant rooms, the addition of two lobbies to the existing stairs serving the Leisure Centre at the upper levels, and the Introduction of new cage bicycle storage.
