Works description

The development consists of the fitout of a warehouse unit containing an office area on an existing site located at Maudlins Industrial Estate, Monreans Road, Naas, Co. Kildare. The unit is located on ground floor level with mezzanine storage provided and is accessed via the main entrance at ground floor level along the east Elevation. The unit consists of an industrial/storage area, which has been separated from the office/admin trade area in 60-minute fire rated construction. Escape from the warehouse and the office is via existing exits which are indicated on the accompanying floor plans. All final exits lead to a place of immediate safety. The staircase from the mezzanine floor level also leads directly to a final exit.
