The unit consists of an industrial/storage area, which has been separated from the office/admin trade area in 60-minute fire rated construction. Escape from the warehouse and the office is via existing exits which are indicated on the accompanying floor plans. All final exits lead to a place of immediate safety. The staircase from the mezzanine floor level also leads directly to a final exit.
