Public-safe works description

The erection of 29 no. 3 storey dwellings comprising Block A with 16 no. 6 beds dwellings, Block B with 1no. 4 beds dwellings and 2 no. 3 beds dwellings, Block C with 1 no. 1 bed dwelling, 1 no. 1bed +study room dwelling, 2 no. 3 beds dwellings, Block D with 1 no. 1 bed dwelling, 1 no. 1bed +study room dwelling, 2 no. 4 beds dwellings, Block E with 4 no. 4 beds dwellings and associated development works including the demolition of the existing factory and re-location of existing ESB sub-station. The erection of 29 no. dwellings and associated development works are to be carried out in 6 no. phases/sequences: Phase 1- Block B (units 27, 28, 29) and part of Block A (units 1, 2, 3); Phase 2-Block C (units 23, 24, 25, 26) and part of Block A (u nits 4, 5, 6; Phase 3-part of Block A (units 7, 8, 9); Phase 4-Block D (units 20, 21, 22) part of Block E (units 18, 19) and part of Block A (units 10, 11, 12); Phase 5-part of Block E (units 16, 17) and part of Block A (units 13, 14, 15); Phase 5-associated development works including play spaces. The site for this development is located at the rear of nos. 25-35 and between and to rear of 37-40 Abbey Road, Monkstown, Co Dublin.
