Works description

1. Demolition of existing screen wall and gate to the rear garden of the existing property, 2. Construction of a detached Garden Building of two stories over small basement, the upper storey being in the roofspace, to the end of the rear garden to accommodate a wine store at basement level, garage at ground floor level and an artist’s studio at the upper level. The new structure will have a barrel vaulted roof with a dormer window facing north into the rear garden of the existing house, 3. New hard and soft landscaping on the garden side of the proposed structure, 4. The development will include all associated drainage and site development works.
