Construction of New Student Accommodation Building at Prussia Street, Dublin 7. The construction of a student accommodation building consisting of three blocks, known as Block A, Block B & Block C, of varying heights from four to seven storeys (including ground floor), and associated site works. The building also features a lower ground floor and a localised basement level. Block A extends from the Lower Ground Floor to the 4th Floor. Block B extends from the Lower Ground Floor to the 5th Floor. Block C extends from the Lower Ground Floor to the 6th Floor. Block C also provides access to the localised basement area, which accommodates plant rooms. The Lower Ground Floor of Blocks A & B is connected, providing a communal space for students. For this submission, the space is a shell-and-core standard. It will be subject to a future Fit-Out Fire Safety Certificate Application, Commencement Notification, and BCAR Process.
