[Fire Safety Certificate Application for the] Construction of the Commercial Blocks A, B & C at the proposed Kevin Street Redevelopment, at the former DIT Kevin Street Campus, Dublin 2. (AKA Camden Yard) (The works consist of the construction of commercial office Blocks A, B and C and the common basement levels below the commercial scheme, including the incorporation into the commercial lower ground floor of the areas (indicated as areas “A” & “B” on the Residential Fire Safety Certificate application) within the footprint of the adjacent residential scheme (to be commenced and to be constructed under separate commencement notice BCMS Ref 8475366). Block B also incorporates at ground floor an area that will be an extension of the adjacent existing DCC Library, that will be constructed as part of Block B, with the fit out of the library extension area to be undertaken under separate statutory processes.
