(AKA Camden Yard) (The works consist of the construction of Residential Blocks D & E, and the common basement levels below the residential scheme including the construction of the areas, indicated as areas “A” & “B” on the Residential Fire Safety Certificate application, to be future incorporated into the lower ground floor of the commercial scheme (commenced under separate commencement notice BCMS Ref 8476492). The Creche and retail/café areas at ground floor will be completed to a shell & core finish with the full fit out of these areas to be undertaken by the future tenants. The commenced works also include works to the party (gable) wall of the adjacent 29 New Bride Street.
