[This application is lodged for] The construction of a new residential building (Block 5, Parkside 5b, Dublin 13), forming a single block on a larger overall site. Block 5 will consist of three cores, each of which will be a single stair building serving residential apartments on each level, connected by a basement level below consisting of car parking and ancillary areas. Two of the cores will provide five stories above ground level, with the third core providing six stories above ground level. All three stair cores will continue into the basement level, the basement will provide parking and storage facilities and connects all the above cores. A total of 203 apartments will be provided, additionally five two-storey maisonnettes/duplexes which are independently accessed will be provided on ground and first floor. An amenities space is also provided on the ground floor, this will provide flexible work spaces, a bar, kitchen and dining area, a gym and studio for free use.
