Works description
Development of this site at Dromdiah House, (ruinous) a Protected Structure and a Recorded monument, Killeagh, Co.Cork. The Development will consist of: (a) The recovery of the extant structure (ruinous since circa 1950) to a dwelling house, (b) Repair works to the decorative stone architectural features, (c) Construction of new floors, internal walls, stairs, windows, doors and roof, internal linings, joinery and sanitary facilities to provide living accommodation. (d) Repair works to the rear area screen walls, (e) Construction of a rear entrance porch on the footprint of previous structure, (f) Access steps from rear single story terrace to garden, (g) General landscaping works to grounds, (h) Erection of new gates and supporting piers to existing entrance on the L3806 (i) Provision of new waste water treatment
