All ancillary site works, services, utilities, water connection, roads, footpaths, parking, shared surfaces, street lighting, hard and soft landscaping, to service the development. f. The provision of landscaped open spaces to include a play area. g. The connection of the development to the public sewer and for all ancillary services/plant associated with same. h.
