Construction of Buildings 1 & 3/4 as part of the Grand Canal Harbour Mixed-Use Residential Development at Grand Canal Place, Dublin 8. (Building 1 @ 10 Storeys above ground and Building 3/4 @ 12 Storeys above ground). (These works are subsequent to commencement notices, & ) (It is further noted the Retail Area and Café/Bar/Restaurant at Ground Floor in Building 1 and the Bar/Restaurant, Retail Area and the two office spaces at Ground/First floor in Building 3/4 will be completed to shell only at completion of the Buildings. The fit-out of the Retail Area and Café/Bar/Restaurant at Ground Floor in Building 1 and the Bar/Restaurant, Retail Area and the two office spaces at Ground/First floor in Building 3/4 will be subject to their own separate CN, BCAR Process and CCC).
