(Building 2 @ 10 Storeys above ground and Building 6 @ 6 Storeys above ground). (These works are subsequent to works covered under commencement notices CN0060616DC, CN0074071DC, CN0075832DC & 7DN Sub.No.8460876) (It is further noted the crèche in Block 2 and the medical area at ground/first in Block 6 will be completed to shell only at completion of the Buildings. The fit-out of the the crèche in Block 2 and the medical area at ground/first in Block 6 will be subject to their own separate CN, BCAR Process and CCC).

The fit-out of the Retail Area and Café/Bar/Restaurant at Ground Floor in Building 1 and the Bar/Restaurant, Retail Area and the two office spaces at Ground/First floor in Building 3/4 will be subject to their own separate CN, BCAR Process and CCC).
