Remainder of the Landlord works to Buildings 1 & 2. Building 1 from Lower Ground Floor slab to Roof Level including the installation of services and finishes to the Building 1 Basement. The Basement Liner wall. Building 2 above the Basement slab to Roof Level. All associated Landlord works. Coopers Cross Commercial Development. The Core and Columns at Lower Ground Floor were also included. The Retail areas will have a Grey Box Fit-Out including the installation of a Fire Alarm system, an Emergency Lighting system and a Lift. The balance of the Fit Out works to the Retail spaces will be by the in-coming tenant. (Note: The Civil & Structural Basement works to the Basement Slab and the Building 1 core and columns at Basement Level were part of the separate BCMS Ref 8448634 Commencement Notice submission).
