Note these works are subsequent to those covered under two separate Commencement Notice submissions BCMS, Ref 8448634 and BCMS Ref 8434915.”

The Retail areas will have a Grey Box Fit-Out including the installation of a Fire Alarm system, an Emergency Lighting system and a Lift. The balance of the Fit Out works to the Retail spaces will be by the in-coming tenant. (Note: The Civil & Structural Basement works to the Basement Slab and the Building 1 core and columns at Basement Level were part of the separate BCMS Ref 8448634 Commencement Notice submission).
