Note these works are subsequent to those covered under two separate Commencement Notice submissions BCMS, Ref 8448634 and BCMS Ref 8434915.”

The Core and Columns at Lower Ground Floor were also included. The Retail areas will have a Grey Box Fit-Out including the installation of a Fire Alarm system, an Emergency Lighting system and a Lift. The balance of the Fit Out works to the Retail spaces will be by the in-coming tenant. (Note: The Civil & Structural Basement works to the Basement Slab and the Building 1 core and columns at Basement Level were part of the separate BCMS Ref 8448634 Commencement Notice submission).
