(1) modifications and extension to the 04 building consisting of (a) demolish existing storage room. (b) construct new parts cleaning room (c) remove existing door and steel platform, install new door, new platform and stairs, (d) demolish existing ladder and install new ladder and window to 04 building, (2) modifications to 09 building consisting of extension to existing switch room and (3) modifications to R&A building consisting of (a) modify and raise roof and part of western elevation (b) install new door to eastern elevation (c) carry out internal alterations including changes to existing layout of laboratories and office accommodation areas and (d) carry out all associated ancillary works.
