Works description

Enabling works and bulk excavation for Phase 2 of Alexion’s biopharma manufacturing campus. No foundations or other building works are included in the works covered by this Commencement Notice. The enabling works will clear the site and form a new construction compound for subsequent building works. The enabling works also includes site hoarding, a stoned working platform for the subsequent building works and the provision of site access roads and temporary car parking areas. The bulk excavation will reduce the site levels to those appropriate for the subsequent building works. Drawing numbers IE-DR-0210, IE-DR-0220 and IE-DR-0230 show the nature and extent of the works covered by this Commencement Notice. A separate Commencement Notice “with documentation” will be submitted in advance of the commencement of the subsequent building works.
