Architectural and Fire seal Fit-out works associated with the construction of underground Utility Tunnel. Note - Construction of the Tunnel structure has already been captured under an earlier Commencement Notice, ref 8391540. These Fit-out works are now being addressed separately, due to a staged procurement of the works across two separate contracts with separate appointment dates and construction teams. Please refer to attached drawings and PIP for guidance on limited scope of works involved.
