for the following works which consist of: (A) Church - (1) Construction of a single storey rear extension and alterations to existing sacristy area, remove existing chimney to sacristy and new entrance door into existing toilets (2) Repair and replacement of existing flat roof areas and parapets. (3) Restoration and storm glazing to some existing stained glass windows. (4) Internal alterations to existing confessional areas, store rooms, new timber doors, upgrade of existing services and internal finishes/decoration. (B) Parochial House - (1) Change of use of lower ground floor from domestic use to use as Parish Meeting Centre incl. provision of disabled wc, meeting room, office and storage facilities. (2) Alterations to upper ground floor area to provide new disabled wc and new windows in existing rear extension and restore original layout of principal rooms (3) Form graded pathway from existing access road down to lower ground floor entrance door and all associated site works at St. Anne's Church and Parochial House, (A Protected Structure)
