(2) Alterations to upper ground floor area to provide new disabled wc and new windows in existing rear extension and restore original layout of principal rooms (3) Form graded pathway from existing access road down to lower ground floor entrance door and all associated site works at St. Anne's Church and Parochial House, (A Protected Structure)
