The development will consist of; 1) Removal of existing ground floor roofs, 2) a new front porch, 3) an extension to the side of the property at first floor level. This extension to accommodate two bedrooms, 4) an extension (part two storey) to the rear elevation. This extension to accommodate dining space, 5) altering the existing hipped roof to an apex roof with gable. New roof to have new skylights to the rear elevation, and new windows in new side gable, 6) an attic to be used as a dry storage area, 7) widening the existing driveway entrance.
