PROTECTED STRUCTURE & CHANGE OF USE: Works will consist of: change of use of the building from office use to a single residential house (as previously granted under Reg. Ref: 4007/24). Construction of a part single storey, part two storey extension to the side and rear, including a double height space. Internal alterations to the existing building including: closing up of interconnecting doors with 27 Clyde Road, removal of stud partition walls on all floors, relocation of some door openings, the replacement of the stairs from lower ground floor to upper ground floor, laying a new concrete floor slab to the lower ground floor with insulation and underfloor heating.
