Tenant Fit-Out of Building 100, Capital Dock, Dublin 2. This Commencement Notice relates to fit-out works to Building 100, Capital Dock, Dublin 2, to include the following deferred works detailed on the Completion Certificate from Commencement Notice BCMS No: CN0024334DC: 1. Wall and floor finishes to ensure Part M compliance giving level access in the reception, lift lobbies, lift cars and office floor plates. 2: Ceilings in the reception, lift lobbies and office floor plates including associated cavity barriers. 3: Mechanical ventilation installation within the reception, lift lobbies and office floor plates. Air and water balancing of previously installed Fan Coil Units (FCU) to allow temperature management. 4: Switches, outlets and control units to ensure Part M compliance within the reception, lift lobbies and office floor plates. 5: Fire and Life safety systems, including emergency lighting within the reception, lift lobbies and office floor plates. 6: All artificial lighting throughout the reception, lift lobbies and office floor plates. 7. Blind installation in the reception to ensure Part L compliance. 8. Recommissioning of lifts upon completion of fit-out works. 9. Installation of liner to core walls. 10. Architectural Joinery in all lift lobbies. 11. Turnstiles service opes infill as they relate to Part M compliance. 12. Internal glazing in reception at Level 1. The project includes the CAT-B fit-out of all office floor plates and the reception area, which are exempt from the requirements of the Fire Safety Certificate Applications and the Disability Access Certificate Application.
