The site is also accessible for pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles from the west at Twenties Lane via road infrastructure permitted under LCC Reg. Ref. 2360492, LCC Reg. Ref. 2360493, LCC Reg. Ref. 2360494 and LCC Reg. Ref. 2460391. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared.
