New concrete yard and low gradient concrete steps to tank level from cow lane. Construction of a 16.7m3 additional effluent tank to accommodate construction of a 540 m² silage pad with perimeter effluent drains. The demolition of an existing 40 m² derelict rubble stone house/shed, demolition of an existing silage wall to accommodate a wider feeding passage from 3.5m to 5.5m and construction of new 1.8m high pit wall to replace demolished wall, hard and soft landscaping and all associated works to facilitate the development.
